How do I become a customer?

Can I place an order as a private individual?
No, we supply exclusively to business customers. Orders can only be placed with a business account and a valid Chamber of Commerce registration number. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders from private individuals.
Would you like to place an order on behalf of a company, organization, or institution? You can easily apply for a business account via our registration form.
How do I create an order list?
You can easily create a new order list by clicking the “Order list” button in the top-right corner. Then click “Create list” and give the list a name. Next, select the new list on your screen. You can now add products to your list using the search bar. You can also use the top search bar. When viewing a product, you can add it to a list by clicking the heart icon “Add to list.”Â
Once your list is complete, you can easily place the order (again) by clicking “Add to cart.” You can access your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon in the menu bar. Then follow the standard steps to complete your order.

At this time, placing orders via a purchase order is only possible using our own PO format. This ensures that orders are processed correctly and efficiently. Upload order
We are working on further expanding this functionality. We expect to be able to automatically process personalized purchase order formats starting in Q1 2026.
What best-before date do you guarantee?
For each product, we guarantee a minimum shelf life (best-before date) of three months.
Would you like to view the best-before date of your ordered products?
Go to My account, open your recent order, and download the order overview. In the PDF file, you will find the best-before dates of the products you ordered.
Would you prefer a different best-before date?
You can adjust your order by removing the item and adding it again. Please note: this is only possible as long as you have not yet received a final order confirmation.
What if an article is out of stock?
Tip: Browse our extensive assortment if a product is temporarily unavailable. We often offer multiple alternatives for the same type of item!
Where and when can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order free of charge at our location in Barneveld. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation by email. You can then collect your order at a time that suits you.

Please note: loading takes place via our loading dock and is only possible with a truck that can dock at the platform. Our logistics staff are available to assist you during loading.
