Made from Sicilian high quality durum wheat and processed from wheat grain to pasta within 24 hours. Wheat milling and pasta production take place on one line, a unique process. Where spaghetti used to be dried on wooden racks in the village, it is now done in the factory itself. Traditionally dried at low temperatures between 50°C and 65°C, our pasta retains its rich flavor, aroma and nutrients. Discover the authentic taste of traditional Sicilian pasta.
