At DO IT Organic, all payments are processed within a fully secure online environment. Thanks to encrypted HTTPS connections, your data is protected at every stage of the payment process. This ensures that your personal information and payment details remain secure, regardless of the payment method you choose. 

DO IT Organic processes only the personal data required to handle your order correctly. We use secure systems, strict privacy measures and a reliable payment platform to ensure your payment details are optimally protected. 

Payment options

We offer a wide range of international and local payment options. Depending on your country, currency and billing details, the checkout screen will automatically display the payment methods available to you. This ensures you always see the options supported in your region. 

Payment issues

Experiencing issues during checkout? In most cases, this is due to a temporary disruption or an incomplete payment. We recommend refreshing the page and attempting the payment again. Please also check that all details have been entered correctly and that your chosen payment method is available. 

Invoicing

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse and is ready for dispatch or collection, the invoice is generated automatically. You will always receive the invoice by email at the address registered with us. In addition, all invoices can be easily accessed via your customer portal. 

DO IT Organic works exclusively with digital invoices; we do not issue paper invoices. All prices are stated excluding VAT. Your invoice includes, among other details, your customer number, the name of your contact person at DO IT Organic (where applicable), the order date, delivery date and the payment due date. 

The payment due date is customer-specific and agreed in advance. In principle, invoice details and due dates cannot be amended retrospectively. If you have any questions regarding your invoice or wish to request a correction, please contact our customer service team at sales@organic.nl. We will be happy to review the options with you. 

Cancellations and refunds

Orders are released for processing daily at 12:00 noon. 

  •  If your order is placed before 12:00 noon (for example, at 9:00 am) and no preferred delivery date has been specified, you may cancel the order until 12:00 noon on the same day. 
  •  Orders placed after 12:00 noon can be cancelled until 12:00 noon on the next working day. 

The amount will then be refunded via the original payment method. Processing a refund may take up to five working days.
