How we deliver within the EU
All deliveries within the European Union take place without export or import formalities. No export documents, customs declarations, or import certificates are required. The goods remain within the internal market of the European Union.Â
Depending on order size, destination, and logistical preferences, we deliver via:Â
- Road transport for pallet and bulk shipments
- Regular scheduled routes within Europe
- Collect or delivered arrangements, tailored to the customer
Deliveries can be one-off or recurring and are always aligned with the customer’s logistical requirements and planning.Â
What you can expect as a customer
With EU deliveries, you benefit from a streamlined process with minimal administrative burden. You can expect:Â
- Fast and reliable delivery within the EU
- Certified organic ingredients
- Full traceability from origin to delivery
- Professional support in logistical coordination
- Transparent communication on delivery times and planning
As no customs procedures apply, deliveries within the EU are generally faster than deliveries to countries outside the European Union.Â
What we expect from our customers
To ensure EU deliveries run smoothly and efficiently, we ask our customers to provide:Â
- Accurate and complete company information
- A valid EU VAT number for intra-community deliveries

Good preparation on both sides helps prevent delays and contributes to an efficient and pleasant collaboration.Â
Documentation and regulations within the EU
For deliveries within the EU, no export or import documents are required. The shipment falls under intra-community trade. We standardly provide:Â
- A commercial invoice
- A packing list
- Organic documentation in accordance with EU regulations
All products comply with European regulations for organic ingredients and with applicable food safety and traceability requirements.Â
Organic quality and traceability
Quality is central within the EU as well. DO IT Organic supplies only certified organic ingredients with a fully transparent supply chain. From origin to final destination, every step is carefully documented and traceable.Â
Delivery outside the EU and worldwide
In addition to deliveries within the European Union, DO IT Organic also supplies non-EU countries such as Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and the United Kingdom. We also arrange worldwide deliveries to, among others, the United States, Canada, Australia, and various countries in the Middle East. Depending on the destination and local regulations, we carefully coordinate transport, documentation, and logistics.Â
