How do I become a customer?

You can easily become a customer by filling out this registration form. Our customer service team will get in touch with you shortly to set up your online account.

Can I place an order as a private individual?

We have a minimum order value of €1,000. Before you get access to our online platform, we perform a few checks, including a check whether you are registered with the Chamber of Commerce. Only after this verification will you receive a personal account and can you place your order.

How do I create an order list?

The order list feature allows you to create fixed lists so that you can easily reorder the same order. This saves you effort and time. 

You easily create a new order list by clicking the ‘Order list’ button in the upper right corner. Then click on ‘Create list’ and give the list a name. Then choose the new list on your screen. You can now use the search bar to add products to your list. You can also use the top search bar. When viewing a product add a product to the list by clicking on the heart icon ‘Add to list’. 

When your list is filled you easily place the order (again) by clicking ‘Add to cart’. You go to your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in your menu bar. Now follow the regular steps to complete your order.

Where can I find all the article prizes?

You will find all prizes as soon as you are logged in to your account. Don't have an account yet? Fill in the registration form and we will get in touch with you shortly. 

What best-before date do you guarantee?

We guarantee a best-before date of at least three months on every article. 

What if an article is out of stock?

Our current stock levels are visible as soon as you log in. Is an item out of stock? Simply set up a stock alert on the product page. You will automatically receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock. We strive to replenish products as quickly as possible. Below the product, you’ll find the expected restock date, based on delivery to Barneveld.

Tip: Browse our extensive range if a product is temporarily unavailable. We often have multiple alternatives for the same type of item!

What if I miss an article with my delivery?

We are sorry to hear your delivery is incomplete! We try our best to prevent this from happening. In case an article is missing upon arrival, please reach out to us via sales@organic.nl, and we will get back to you shortly. 

Where can I find the product specifications?

You can find the product specifications, best-before dates, nutritional values, allergens, and more on every productpage. Navigate to the productpage using the menu or find a product using the search bar.
