Made from Sicilian high quality durum wheat and processed from wheat grain to paste within 24 hours. The milling of wheat and pasta production take place on one line, a unique process. Traditionally dried in our own factory at low temperatures between 50°C and 65°C, our pasta retains its authentic taste, aroma and nutrients.
