La Bio Idea Spaghetti white org. 12x500g
Item No. 23020
Sicilian spaghetti white, produced with the 100-year expertise and passion of the Barbagallo family. Made from Sicilian high quality durum wheat and processed from wheat grain to pasta within 24 hours. Wheat milling and pasta production take place on one line, a unique process. Where spaghetti used to be dried on wooden racks in the village, it is now done in the factory itself. It is still done very slowly at a low temperature of 50°C to 65°C so that flavor, aroma and nutrients are preserved.Â
