La Bio Idea Spaghetti white org. 6x1000g
Item No. 23021
Sicilian spaghetti white, produced with the 100 years of expertise and passion of the Barbagallo family. Made from Sicilian high quality durum wheat and processed from wheat grain to paste within 24 hours. The milling of wheat and pasta production take place on one line, a unique process. Where the spaghetti used to be dried on wooden racks in the village, it is now done in the factory itself. This still happens very slowly at a low temperature of 50 °C to 65 °C so that taste, smell and nutrients are retained.
