Sicilian fusilli tricolore, produced with the 100 years of expertise and passion of the Barbagallo family. Made from Sicilian high quality durum wheat and processed from wheat grain into pasta within 24 hours. The milling of wheat and pasta production take place on one line, a unique process. Traditionally dried in our own factory at low temperatures between 50°C and 65°C, our brightly colored fusilli retains its authentic taste, aroma and nutrients.
