Ordering

Fantastic that you're interested in our online ordering platform! This platform makes choosing organic products easier than ever. You can place an order starting from €1,000. You have the option to either have your order delivered to an address of your choice or pick it up yourself from our warehouse in Barneveld. For more details, see Pickup & Delivery.

Our selection includes an extensive range of organic ingredients and products—from pulses, grains, and rice to oils and much more. Placing an order through our online platform is both simple and fast. Every request is carefully reviewed before we approve and confirm it, after which we prepare your order for shipment.

Ordering process
Fill your shopping cart and choose to either place your order directly or request a quote. Our customer service team will then contact you to confirm your order or send you the quote.

Forgot something?
Through your personal online account, you can still modify your order until 12:00 noon on the same working day. Orders placed after this time can be adjusted until 12:00 noon the following working day. After this, your order is finalized so our logistics team can get to work preparing it for delivery.

Niet helemaal tevreden? Dat vinden we jammer, want kwaliteit staat bij ons voorop. We streven altijd naar perfectie in onze leveringen en hopen dat toekomstige bestellingen volledig naar wens zullen zijn.


Onthoud dat we uitsluitend 100% biologische producten aanbieden, waardoor er soms kleine variaties in de producten kunnen zitten. Wilt u (een deel van) uw bestelling retourneren, dan kan dat natuurlijk.


Log in op uw account, ga naar ‘Facturen’ en bekijk de details. Druk op de knop ‘retour aanvragen’ en volg de procedure om uw retour aan te melden of de status van uw retourzending te bekijken.
Ordering

To place orders with DO IT Organic, you need a business account. This ensures that ordering is fast, clear, and fully tailored to your company. During registration, we ask for a valid business registration number and VAT number; we supply business customers only. 

After registration, we carefully review your details. This process usually takes one business day but may take up to three business days during busy periods. Once your account is activated, you will receive a confirmation and can start ordering immediately. A minimum order value of €1,000 applies per order. 

Placing an order

After your account has been activated, you can easily place your order through our webshop. Our assortment includes a wide range of organic ingredients, from legumes and grains to oils and nuts. 

Thanks to clear product information and smart search and filter options, you can quickly find exactly what you need. For more information about delivery times and transport, we refer you to our delivery information page. 

Working with order lists

To make (repeat) orders faster and easier, you can create order lists within your account. Go to Order lists → create list to start a new list. There is no limit to the number of lists you can create. 

For all products, you will see the option Add to order list next to the Add to cart button. You can use existing lists or create a new one directly. Do you already know the product name or item number? Then you can also add products directly to a list. 

Once your list is complete, you can add all items to your cart with a single click. 

Forgot something or want to add an item?

Through your account, you can easily modify a placed order until 12:00 PM on the same business day. If you place your order after 12:00 PM, you can still make changes until 12:00 PM on the next business day. 

After this time, your order becomes final so that our logistics team can begin preparation. 

 Example:
You place an order on Tuesday at 10:30 AM → you can modify your order until Tuesday at 12:00 PM.
You place an order on Tuesday at 3:00 PM → you can modify your order until Wednesday at 12:00 PM. 

Packaging contribution

DO IT Organic operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations regarding packaging and sustainability. Therefore, a packaging contribution is charged with every order. 

The packaging contribution amounts to 0.7% of the order value and is intended to cover the costs of using, processing, and responsibly disposing of packaging materials within the supply chain.

  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Further sustainability of logistics and packaging processes

The packaging contribution is calculated automatically and clearly specified on your order and invoice.Â
