Payment

At DO IT Organic, all payments are processed in a fully secure online environment. Thanks to encrypted HTTPS connections, your data is protected throughout every step of the payment process. This ensures that your personal information and payment details remain safe, regardless of the payment method you choose. 

DO IT Organic processes only the personal data necessary to correctly handle your order. We use secure systems, strict privacy measures, and a reliable payment platform to ensure your payment details are optimally protected. 

Payment methods

We offer a wide range of international and local payment methods. Depending on your country, currency, and billing details, the checkout screen will automatically display the payment options available to you. This way, you will always see the payment methods supported in your region. 

Payment issues

Experiencing issues during checkout? In most cases, this is caused by a temporary disruption or an incomplete payment. We recommend refreshing the page and trying the payment again. Please also check that all details have been entered correctly and that your selected payment method is available. 

Invoicing

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse and is ready for shipment or pickup, the invoice is generated automatically. You will always receive the invoice by email at the address registered with us. In addition, all invoices are easily accessible in your customer portal. 

DO IT Organic works exclusively with digital invoices; we do not send paper invoices. All prices are listed excluding VAT. Your invoice includes, among other details, your customer number, the name of your contact person at DO IT Organic (if applicable), the order date, delivery date, and payment due date. 

The payment due date is customer-specific and agreed upon in advance. In principle, invoice details and due dates cannot be changed retrospectively. If you have any questions about your invoice or wish to request a correction, please contact our customer service team at sales@organic.nl. We are happy to review the options with you. 

Cancellations and refunds

Orders are released for processing daily at 12:00 PM. 

  •  If your order is placed before 12:00 PM (for example, at 9:00 AM) and no preferred delivery date has been specified, you may cancel the order until 12:00 PM on the same day. 
  •  Orders placed after 12:00 PM can be canceled until 12:00 PM on the next business day. 

The amount will then be refunded via the original payment method. Processing a refund may take up to five business days.
