How we deliver worldwide

Worldwide deliveries are handled as export shipments and always require customs clearance. DO IT Organic coordinates the export from the Netherlands and works with specialised partners for transport, customs handling and documentation in the destination country. 

Depending on destination, order size and incoterms, we deliver via:

  • Ocean freight (FCL and LCL)
  • Air freight for time-critical shipments
  • Combinations of road, sea and air transport

Transport can be arranged on a collect basis or organised by DO IT Organic, depending on agreements and logistical preferences.

  • Knowledge of local import requirements and permits

  • Timely approval of draft documents

Customers remain responsible for compliance with local import regulations in the destination country. 

Documentation and export formalities

Worldwide deliveries require extensive export documentation. Depending on country and product group, this may include: 

  • Export documentation (EX-A / export declaration)
  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Organic documentation and certificates
  • Certificates of origin, health or phytosanitary certificates

In addition, we can arrange various supplementary export and trade documents for you, including EUR.1, ATR, Free Sale Certificate, and the legalization of invoices via the Chamber of Commerce. We can also prepare documents ourselves, such as a NON-GMO statement and a Manufacturer’s Declaration. Draft versions of all documents are shared in advance for review and approval. The final, official documents are then sent securely, accurately, and with full traceability.
